Devotional:
When God speaks, you must make time to listen. The set time is now. Set time references the appointed time of God. This has also been called a "kairos" moment. It's a pre-determined time by God for something to occur. The roles have been reversed of where you went from praying to something to now walking in it. It's not on your own behalf, but simply a 'divine' reversal.
The places and thoughts you allowed to inhabit your dwelling place (soul) must be removed. It's a new season which not only requires a perspective shift but a change in the motion you carry. Motion meaning the way in which you do things and the places in which you do them.
With an appointed time in your life also comes the weight of God's glory. Just by carrying this alone, you won't be able to behave in the way you used to. The set time is now, no looking or even reaching back. Be forward focused and have your mind set on purpose.
The table is being prepared in front of your enemies. You are seated in the chief position, because God has placed you there. God is about to pour you a cup of blessings that shall overflow. There's no time to shy back or feel sorry, this is God honoring you. The set time is now...
